Whether you simply want to trim a few pounds and not struggle when the treadmill goes any higher than level 2, target those specific and rather undesirable problem-areas around your body, or get down to a body fat percentage and marathon time that a fully-fledged athlete would be proud of, we can create a programme that will see you good.
 
What’s more, City Gym is unique in that we go over, in detail, all your nutritional needs with all our personal programmes. No other gym that we know of spends so much time explaining the principles of eating to keep your metabolism high and its effects with exercise. We make sure you understand the processes involved because once you understand the principles it’s much easier to implement for the rest of your life. All health clubs should – but rarely do – provide you with this kind of information; at City Gym you can be sure you’re getting an effective exercise and nutrition programme.
