Teen Club and 50+ Club
We try to encourage people of all ages to live healthy lives and, to this end, have allocated time slots for specific age groups, with big price reductions in fees. The gym is open to all members, all the time, but if you wish to train specifically with people of a similar age and with similar goals, then these clubs are for you.

Finding Us
Shirley is the main retail and business centre outside the city centre, located within a densely populated area. You will find our main entrance exactly opposite the former Sainsbury’s Supermarket site - now Wilkinson's Household store - and we are located on the first floor. There is ample free parking behind the gym, in Marlborough Road, and rear access is gained via steps leading from this car park. Walk through the main corridor to the reception and lounge.
